Panera Bread

Great place to stop for a quick bite to eat.

Good version of the Panera brand. Improved over last visit. Soup can be a bit tepid.

Good variety gr8 service and hot tasty food

Good food, seating arrangement is issues sometimes.

Gotta love Panera bread's "Cinnamon Crunch Bagel w/ plain cream cheese." It's literally one of the best quick breakfast items.. if your on the go you can get it sliced and toasted... If you have a drive to work and don't want to toast it yet bc of crumbs getting everywhere (warning these bagels can be very messy as the cinnamon and brown sugar that's baked on the outside will sometimes crumble off.) But other than that which dosent bother me as It may bother some people, this place is awesome if your in the mood for a bagel.

Panera Bread is always good. However, this location did not have enough people working and caused some frustrations with customers. Panera is a great place to eat right everytime.

The service was slow for an order I'd placed over 30 minutes earlier.

Bread bowls are good, but you get more soup if you order by bowl.

Always a good choice for lunch. My favorite is Pick 2 with Autumn Squash soup and a Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich. Also a great place for coffee and a treat!

Panera was clean and well staffed. The cashier was very friendly and pleasant. She got the order correct and someone else brought it out to us. The food was hot and good. The prices weren't bad either. Overall a great experience.

I really enjoy this restaurant. The service was good and the food is good. They have a great selection for many different people with different tastes and needs.

The pastries are great if you download the app you get free dessert and a free bagel

This location was busy, I had plenty of time to sit and watch frustrated customers waiting on their online orders. The rude ones grabbing bags from the servicers as they tried to place it on the shelves and running out. So customers be aware that it may not be a quick service location. My favorite is the Hummelstown/Hershey location.

Waited over 15 minutes after ordering on the touch screen. Both sandwiches I ordered were dry and not very good as compared to most times I've eaten at a Panera before. For $30 for this particular meal- I will not be going back

You sit down and eat expensive baked goods and drink coffee? If you have money to blow eat here? It's pricey. Place needs some renovation work looking heavily used. Bathrooms are bad dirty and smell. Parking is very limited. Access is poor for impared as they have a double set of single doors. They need two sets of Double doors. No ramp in door Area from building curbs. Still too expensive for what you get?

Yummy broccoli soup, love the cookies and the lady at checkout helped me with my soup decision. Love it!

The staff was extremely kind and courteous. I accidentally ordered my food at a different panera, and they remade my order free of charge! (Not to mention the food was delicious! I definitely recommend the chipotle avocado sandwich & tomato soup).

Very very slow service. Brown lettuce with little dressing. Hard bread. Some fountain soda out. Good broccoli cheese soup. Good chicken and rice soup. Macaroni and cheese needs more cheese. Very long checkouts. Only one checkout. Have to use self service.

I just started going to Panera bread about 2 months ago and I like the relaxed atmosphere. They have a huge selection of all different kinds of foods/desserts. And free WiFi access.

Awesome food, loving the new menu.. did not like the wait. Omg food took so long i spent my whole lunch breal waiting..

I’ve had a lot of good experiences here. Everyone is really friendly and management seems pretty nice too. However I don’t know if they’re trying to cut labor or if they’re just understaffed, the place gets very busy during peak periods and my food has come out with something incorrect the past two times I’ve come in. Still a nice place to eat but probably better to come when it’s not busy!!

I had the Tuscan Chicken sandwich and it was truly wonderful! My Mom had the 10-Vegetable soup and it was great!

The food was amazing as always. My daughter, I LOVE their "chicken noodle soup". Today's weather was the perfect weather for it.

I have enjoyed everything purchased at Panera Bread. My favorite item to order is the Broccoli Cheddar Bread Bowl. Hot, tasty, extremely satisfying and filling. When I ordered lunches at a previous job, there was not even one complaint. We're talking over the course of probably 700 or more meals. Not. Even. One. Great food, great standards, good value for the quality of purchase. The only drawback in my mind is that the cookies are pretty darned overpriced. While visiting family, I ordered 6 cookies only to find they were like $2 apiece. You can get more than a pound of cookies at the grocery store in the same strip mall (Giant) for 3.99., so not even close to a good value for the cost despite being tasty. Overall, highly recommend Panera.

Amazing mall interesting items in the East Mall , I enjoy the movies at the East Mall and Amazing food court of food.

Over the last year their service and quality has greatly declined. Food is always pretty good, but pretty good isn't worth the aggravation of having to come back or just deal with another incorrect order. It's never consistent, if it wasn't that my family has limited eating options I would go some where else.

It's a Panera, so the breads and soups and such are all exactly what you expect, which is perfectly tasty and approachable. Just be wary of going in at lunchtime. The place gets overwhelmed, and orders get backed up significantly. The staff does its best to keep up, and everyone is hustling, but lunch orders can take way longer than you think they should.

Tasty food with good service. I'd recommend this location!

All Panera's are expensive but they have good food. The drinks are great and I love the healthy factor. Reccomend for kids!
